Based in East Rockaway, New York, Marc Rovner is a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Silver Award honoree who serves as senior staff attorney at the multi-million-dollar title insurance company BETA Abstract, LLC. Outside of his professional pursuits, attorney Marc Rovner enjoys following his favorite sports teams. He is a lifelong fan and season ticket holder for the National Hockey League's (NHL) New York Rangers.
The Rangers improved their organizational depth on March 10 by signing highly regarded college free agent Patrick Khodorenko to a 3-year, $2.775, million entry-level contract. A 21-year-old native of Walnut Creek, California, Khodorenko played in the United States Development Program before enrolling at Michigan State University in 2016. He recorded 18 points in his freshman season, and had at least 30 points in each of the following three seasons.
This past season, Khodorenko led the Spartans in scoring with 33 points (16 goals and 17 assists), and had the fourth-most points among players in the Big Ten conference. The 6-foot, 206-pound center didn't miss a game in his collegiate career, which is a testament to his durability. He is expected to play out the remainder of this season with New York's AHL affiliate in Hartford.
